Sometimes it's the little things that all add up to make a favorable impression. That's how it was for me: greeted as I entered the building, inviting decor that puts you at ease, warm and kind staff who explained my next steps clearly, and even the dental chair that had a gentle massage function as my teeth got cleaned! I also appreciated being walked through the x-rays and photos of my teeth so that I could understand what the next step for me was. Highly recommend!

Currently standing in the corner while the dr and assistant work on my 4 year old son’s tooth. I cannot recommend this place enough. We came here after another dentist said we needed massive surgery for our son’s teeth, this didn’t feel right at all and we came to Biological to get a second opinion and so grateful we did. From the second we walked in EVERYONE was incredible with me and the children. Compassionate, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable on how to help. Taking a more holistic approach and ensuring the longevity of our kids mouth is really what makes the difference here. They answered the 100s of questions I had and the 1000s my 4 year old had! They are getting us on the right path and created a safe environment for all of us to feel at home. Thank you Biological Dentistry staff for changing the dentistry game and now our home for dental work!

I haven't been in the dentist in over 30 years, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was expecting it to be miserable much of my surprise. It was actually pleasant and pain-free, very professional and took the time to answer any of my questions or concerns. It turns out that I need a lot of dental work done and I'm definitely having them the work. Ken put together a long-term plan for my dental care and I can honestly say it was a lot less than I thought it was going to be. I'm going to leave more reviews as to work. It's done because it'll take about six months but so far I would highly recommend their practice.

So excited to have a biological dentist in the St.Charles area. I had such a great experience at this dental office. The entire team was incredibly kind, thorough, and personalized in their approach. I never felt rushed — they truly took the time to listen, explain everything in detail, and look at the bigger picture of health, not just teeth. I really appreciated their holistic mindset and attention to detail. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and creating a comfortable experience. So thankful to have found a dentist that aligns with a more whole-body approach to health.

Dr. Ken is an amazing and compassionate Dentist with a patient bedside manner and a heart to get to the root cause of whatever dental issue you may have.
